Thermit Octopus Module Stalled

Problem

My ThermIT octopus IO2GSM module has stopped sending data

1. Check that power to the unit is ON
2. Unscrew the cover, and check the green LED lamp is ON.
3. Send a SMS message with the txt ,IMEI, and you shoul get a return SMS within 2 min.
4. If you don´t get return SMS, then you have to Reset the module.
5. Short-circuit the two pins shown in the picture for about 5 sec.
6. Send a new SMS with the txt ,IMEI, and hopefully you will get answer
7. If it don´t work, then send the unit to ThermIT
